Brand Protection: To protect the NGT brand and image rights, the use of multiple accounts on a single platform by the same business (spamming) is not permitted.
Please also note that business accounts should operate solely as authorised resellers of NGT products.
Online platforms: In order to maintain a fair and balanced online experience and to protect the NGT brand, we are not opening any new online accounts. We will soon be sending out authorisation letters to existing partners outlining the platforms they sell on. If you are an existing partner and want to sell on different platforms, please email us. We are not allowing new sellers on Temu or TikTok.
Catalogue: After many years, we will be printing a paper catalogue again. We expect this to be available by early April 2026. (This is now complete and will be printed very shortly.)
